CHADI HAIKAL
STRUCTURAL / CIVIL ENGINEER
Chadi is a passionate Civil & Structural Engineer who brings both technical expertise and a genuine commitment to quality in every project. Originally from Lebanon and now residing in the Cayman Islands, his journey has taken him from leading construction teams in Beirut to shaping the built environment in Grand Cayman. Known for a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, Chadi excels at transforming complex engineering challenges into successful, safe, and sustainable solutions. He carries his field experience and knowledge of Cayman’s unique conditions and local building codes and applies them to his designs with the aim to withstand the tests of time. Whether designing new builds or mentoring junior engineers, Chadi’s dedication and integrity shine through. Outside of work, Chadi is always eager to learn, explore new technologies, and contribute positively to the community.
CHADI MATTA
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
With 20 years of extensive experience in Electrical systems (HV, LV, & ELV) and HVAC, I am deeply passionate about bringing innovation and efficiency to every project I undertake. My career began in the maintenance of industrial equipment and machines, where I developed a strong foundation in technical skills. I progressed to manage a production line at a generator plant, honing my ability to oversee complex operations. This journey led me to take on significant responsibilities in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and supervising site activities related to electrical, mechanical, and security systems. My role as an electrical designer is enriched by my experience collaborating with clients on large-scale projects, including residential and commercial developments. I am eager to leverage my diverse background and expertise to continue delivering exceptional results and fostering meaningful relationships in the industry.
NASHAAT MOUKALLED
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
With over 21 years of experience, Nashaat has specialized in the mechanical design systems sector and the execution of complex projects, including high-rise buildings, hotels, bank headquarters, towers, universities, schools, infrastructure, and data centers. His extensive expertise spans a range of crucial systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, fire fighting, building management systems (BMS) and control, plumbing and drainage, and fuel systems. Throughout his career, Nashaat has developed a strong proficiency in mechanical design review, project management, value engineering, and cost estimation. He takes pride, not only in delivering high-quality results, but also in fostering collaboration and innovative solutions that drive project success. His commitment to excellence and passion for engineering continue to motivate him as he strives to contribute to impactful projects that enhance our built environment.
